The Destuff-it™ is purposefully designed to improve the efficiency of unloading operations by increasing the number of turns per door, eliminating demurrage, standby, and drop trailer charges, and cutting down the overall unload time by as much as 50%. The conveyor belt moves in one direction and can handle a capacity of up to 165 lbs, with a speed range of 86 to 108 fpm. The machine also includes an operator platform capable of holding up to 550 lbs, and with a travel speed of 50 fpm, the Destuff-it™ can easily be used for multi-shift operations.

For example, unloading 20 trailers per week would cost $15,360 per month and $184,320 per year, but with the Destuff-it™, the monthly cost is reduced to $7,680, resulting in an annual savings of $92,160, despite the potential need for additional workers to palletize the product on the dock.
