To kick off the new season, we’re joined by an exciting guest: Brian McCarson, vice president and senior principal engineer at Intel.

He also explains that because of their innovative, forward-thinking adoption of automation, Intel suffered from virtually zero negative impacts of COVID-19 over the last year.

"We’ve been well-prepared for the pandemic for well over a decade, not because of pandemic readiness, but because it’s simply cost-effective operations,” McCarson explained. "From a manufacturing perspective, we haven’t had any manufacturing interruptions throughout the pandemic because of that high degree of automation.”
