Gorbel® Work Station Cranes are available in various configurations:
- Free Standing. These systems work best when headroom is limited or ceilings are not strong enough to support overhead mounting. They are mounted to the floor, offer a wide coverage area, and can support multiple work centers.
- Ceiling Mounted Bridge Cranes. This option works well in buildings with a steel, concrete, or aluminum frame covering and can sustain a maximum load of 4,000 lbs. For facilities with heavy traffic, an overhead configuration ensures a clear and safe work floor.
- Monorails. These are often selected for assembly-style operations that involve the movement of products along multiple tracks within a closed system. The tracks can span many feet and easily integrate with curves, interlocks, and switches.
- Hybrid. Hybrid systems combine the advantages of a patented track and enclosed track to maximize longevity while remaining lightweight. This combination allows for greater installation flexibility.
